Was sup!
So we had a good
week, still been pretty busy. But things are starting to settle down. President
& Sister Anderson are really cool! They are doing really good at adjusting
and learning things.
So on Monday
President had his two last Mission tour meetings. We went with him and the
Assistants to both of those meetings. One was in Philly then other in Newark,
DE. He started Interviews on Wednesday. Him and Sister Anderson are driving to
those themselves. I programed all the chapels into their new GPS so that they
would know where to go. President Anderson gave me all their iPhones and ipads
and laptop so that i could get them all set up, and so that they would sync
with each other and have the right apps etc. So i spent most of Wednesday doing
that. Us and the Assistant have spent a lot of time with him. He asks for a lot
of advice on things because he doesn't know how certain things work in the
mission etc. We have brought them Rita's a couple times this week. (in case you
don't know what rita's is, its really really good fine shaved ice in all sorts
of flavors with custard. they are opening one in Sandy, UT!!) We surprised them
last night and brought them some after he was done with his interviews. He will
be doing interviews most of next week. He really wants to be involved with the
missionaries and wants to go to the baptisms. So he's going to go to a few
baptisms this weekend and next week. On the 4th of July we were in the office
for a little bit. Then we went with the Broomall Sisters to a members home for
a BBQ. It was really nice to be outside and get some sun. Then once president
got home from interviews us the assistants and the Broomall Sisters went over to
the Mission home. We brought some sparklers so that we could do some sort of
fireworks. So all of us and the anderson's had some fun in their driveway. The
President let us and the AP's go watch the fireworks in Philly. We watched them
from a road on a hill outside of philly so they were kind of small and there
were some buildings in the way, but we kind of saw them. We might go with the
AP's and President tonight to go see some fireworks over the delaware river.
And this time we will get a lot closer if we go. Yesterday we had the Mission
Leadership Council Meeting. I made a pretty sweet powerpoint for it that i will
send you. We have a lot of new zone leaders, so we did some training on
reporting numbers and other things, Because a lot of them have been doing
things wrong and it makes our job easier. We have a new investigator we
should be teaching after church tomorrow. The girl is a ballet dancer and she
is a members friend. The member got the appointment all set up for us, it was
really nice. We should be seeing Lu next week she has been out of town and
busy. Im sorry i dont have a lot to say. I could tell you about all the money i
spent this week and all the bills i paid etc. but i dont think you want to hear
about that. Well i think thats about it!!
