Shup!
oh man I've got all sorts of stuff on my mind. Things are about to get pretty busy here!! So we got transfer calls last night. And.... Elder Flake is getting transferred. Which is sort of a surprise cause president originally told us that we would be together for a long time - about 6 months. But he's gonna be a Zone Leader we found out. So that's gonna make these next few days even crazier. I'm gonna have a brand new companion on Tuesday that will have to re learn everything Elder Flake has learned the past 3 months. so that will kind of stink. I'm curious to see who it will be, who ever it is will be doubling into my new area - the Philly YSA. As of Monday the office Elders will be re-assigned to the Philly YSA and share it with our Assistants. So that will be all new and i have no idea who to work in a YSA. Our area is gonna be huge it will cover the whole Valley Forge Stake.
Anyways i'm not going to go day through day in this letter i'm just gonna tell you some of what we did this week. So since were opening 5 new area's we had to order phones for all of them. So we got them all ordered and i set them all up yesterday. All week we worked on finalizing all the new apartments, making sure we had all the leases and stuff figured out. Were opening up a lot of Spanish and sister area's. Oh i got some packages this week. One from you guys! And one from the House family from my 2nd area, they sent me a sweet shirt that said Emmaus and my last name on it and some sunglasses and Easter candy. Were working on switching some of our missionary phones from sprint to at&t cause of bad service. so President asked me to make a list of all the area's that need to switch. So i got that all together for him. All week ive been working on some new stuff for the zone leaders. I've made some improvements to the google docs that the zone leaders use to report numbers. Zone Leader Council was on Friday and we gave a presentation to all the zone leaders. I felt like Steve Jobs, i had Presidents iPad hooked up to the flat screen and i was introducing all the new things to the zone leaders... It was pretty cool. They were all impressed and excited about the changes. I will send you a PDF of the power point i made. We had some extra time this week and we finally got to finish cleaning our apartment from when we first moved it. Our apartment is actually pretty niceish. We have good furniture etc and some hook ups since we have all the extra stuff from apartments in our basement. Had a guy from a Electric company come in this week and me and Elder Bailey visited with him and decided to do business with him and switch most of our apartments to his company. Our district won a march madness competition in our zone so on Thursday we got pizza from the zone leaders after our district meeting. I had to send an email to all the bishops in our mission this week, We send some of our mission stats to the bishops each week, but not all of them were getting it or knew about it. so i emailed all bishops so see if they would like to receive it.
Mom hope you had a good birthday, even though you couldn't party it up. Glad my card got there in time. Man it's super too bad Jared didn't make Stu Co. guess it's not meant to be. Get involved with some other clubs.
Today we had to run some errands for the assistants and president. Then helped clean the church building with the ward. We have dinner with the baileys tonight, then we have to go pickup luggage from the non car area's in philly. man i hate transfers it stresses me out.
hope everything is going well for everyone. A lot of my "girl friends" from back home are starting to enter the MTC. I have a few there right now. Its crazy!! Were getting like 15 sisters in June, more sisters then elders! Pretty big group of sisters coming out with Kenzie too!
It's finally getting warm YAYAY!!
Well have a great week!
